The book delves into the concept of Deep Learning (DL), a type of ML model that is commonly used in supervised learning. DL uses artificial neurons that mimic the structure and function of neurons in the human brain, arranged in vertical layers from left to right to form a neural network. Each vertical collection of nodes is called a layer of the neural network, with hidden layers in between the first and last layers.
