The plot of Tempting the Corporate Spy Sleeping with the Enemy 2 revolves around the themes of technology, power, and deception. The story follows the character of Liv Altman, a brilliant programmer who is developing internet anti-piracy software that could revolutionize the tech industry. However, her work is threatened when she discovers that her new corporate consultant, Jonathon Crestwell, is not who he claims to be. At first, Liv is drawn to Jonathon's charming and handsome exterior, but as she gets to know him better, she realizes that he is not just a consultant, but a hacker with a shady past. Jonathon has been hired by a rival company to steal Liv's software and sell it on the black market. As they spend more time together, Liv begins to suspect that Jonathon is not who he says he is, and she must decide whether to trust him or turn him in to the authorities.
